DİLİMLE EKMEK DÖNEMİ BAŞLADI
 
Klasik tekli ve çiftli ekmeğin yanında İznik’te şimdi de dilimle ekmek dönemi başladı. İznik’te Aydın Fırını işletme sahibi ve ekmek ustası İdris Akbey (45) “Balina Köy Ekmeği” adını verdiği boyu bir metreyi bulan 10 kiloluk ekmeği fırınında müşterilerine dilimle satmaya başladı.
Ekmek ustası İdris Akbey “İzniklilere değişik bir ekmek tadı sunmak istedim, çokta yoğun ilgi gördü. Bayatlaması süresi uzun olan ekmekten müşterilerime istedikleri kadar dilimle kesip kilo ile satıyorum. Balina köy ekmeğinin kilosu 2 TL, normal sattığımız ekmeğin ise 900 gramı 2 TL.
